Some Condominium Associations and property owners may not require day-to-day management of their investments.
Elite Property Management LLC. will provide limited management (such as accounting services only) or consult with the Board of Directors or Committee on a particular project or situation.
Consulting services will be priced either by the hour or a specific fee will be established depending on the client's wishes.
Areas where consulting services may be required are the management of a particular project that is too large to handle alone; retainer for advise on how to handle a particular violation, contractor, unit owner; to help outline a set of specifications or contract; or whatever the client feels they need help with. You can rely on our experience to make recommendations that work for the client.
