Elite Property Management was founded in 1997 by Ken Kohnle, who has been in the business of condo management since 1988. Over the past decade, Elite has grown to a reputable company with a impressive portfolio of condominium associations, ranging from high rise complexes to exclusive one family home communities. Many of our clients have been with us for several years and established long-term relationships with our managers.
With our main office in Farmington and since 2007 a satellite branch in Glastonbury, we can now service homeowners associations to the West as well as the East of the Connecticut River in the Greater Hartford Area.
